Production Policy
Copyright Responsibility
- By submitting files for printing, you represent that you are the legal owner of the work and/or have the necessary rights to reproduce it. You will assume full responsibility for any claims of plagiarism or copyright infringement.
Order Processing
- We strive to process all orders the same day they are received. However, depending on workload and order complexity, production and shipping may take 1-2 business days. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
- Once an order is placed, clients will receive a confirmation email with an updated production and shipping timeline.
- Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing their uploaded files. We are not liable for errors resulting from issues within the provided files.
Production Time
- For complex or large-format orders, please contact us for a specific turnaround estimate.
- Production times do not include shipping transit time.
- Standard production time for most orders is 1-2 business days. Orders exceeding 100 pages may require an additional day of production time.
Quality Control
- We perform basic visual quality checks on all prints before shipping.
- If a print does not meet our quality standards, we will reprint the order at no additional cost.
- Customers must notify us of any quality concerns within 24 hours of package delivery. However we are not responsible for damaged packages.
Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to an order may be possible if the order has not yet entered production. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Cancellations and refunds are not possible once printed
